Refund policy

Contact us via our contact form, request a return label, and send the item back by post. You can replace the product with another, or if the exchange is due to a malfunction, it will be replaced with a new product that will then be sent to you again.

Return

If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get a refund. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it. The product will then be sent back to the following address: Jonathan Fremstad, Gunnulvs vei 4, 0670 OSLO, Norway.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Products sent back without notice will not be processed.

Refund

Our goal is to handle the return within 7 business days after it is received at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days after the return is processed.
