Panzarnozzle is here!
A full K20 tungsten carbide nozzle that is almost impossible to wear out. Probably the last nozzle you will ever need. Fits standard V6 hotends.
What is the difference between #1 and #2?
Panzarnozzle 1 is made in a traditional way where the raw tungsten carbine powder is pressed into shape and then sintered in a furnace at 1480°C. After that, the outside is ground with a diamond grinding wheel to achieve a fine finish.
Panzarnozzle 2 is made with a new process that is more like injection molding to achieve an even better filament path inside the nozzle. On these, only the threads are finished, so the outer finish on the nozzle is directly from sintering and not diamond ground.
Why choose a nozzle in Tungsten Carbide?
Exceptional wear resistance
Take advantage of the unbeatable durability of tungsten carbide for trouble-free extrusion. The hardness of K20 ensures consistent dimensions for the diameter, giving consistent results over time.
Excellent thermal conductivity
Take advantage of the extra-long thermal conductivity that ensures efficient heat distribution during extrusion. The die maintains a consistent plastic temperature, resulting in a constant flow pressure for outstanding print quality and stability.
