Annealing for 4h @ 120-140°C is recommended to get the maximum performance. Without annealing the parts are more sensitive to absorbed moisture.
If you are using a mold (e.g. a container filled with glass beads) make sure the inside of the mold reaches those temperatures before you start your timer!
